Booking conditions for private hire.

1.Relevant permission from the venue hosting the party must be obtained in advance.
2.The access must be suitable for our transit van and our equipment including wide enough entrance to the premises.
3.The surface can be hard-standing or grass, must be even, free from holes and not sloping.
4.We must be advised in advance if any children have learning difficulties, sight or hearing problems.
5.At the start of the party children are given full instructions on how to drive the karts featuring a full safety briefing. It is therefore politely requested that all children arrive on time to avoid delay or disruption.
6.If the party is cancelled due to inclement weather, the deposit is retained and the party re-booked for a later date. If the party is not re-booked 50% of the deposit is retained.
The karts are capable of running in rain but So Karts retain the right to make the decision on whether the conditions are suitable or not for safe operation.
7.A deposit of £50 is required to confirm booking with the remainder payable on the day of the party. Should the party be cancelled by the booker the deposit will be retained. If So Karts cancel the party the deposit will be returned in full.
8.Should So Karts consider a child is not able to control the kart adequately in order not to put other users or our staff at risk, then we reserve the right to refuse the child participation in the event.
9.Eating and drinking whilst using the karts is forbidden.
10.Maximum number of children is 1 hour 20 children, 2 hours or more 25 children.
11.Karts are suitable for children between 90 and 150 cm.This roughly comprises ages 3 to 10.
